❓ When do I receive my new pack?
New packs are released on the 20th of each month so you have your materials ahead of the upcoming lunar + seasonal cycles. For example, the September pack is available August 20th, the October pack is available September 20th, etc.

❓ What format are the files in?
Guides and prompts are delivered as PDFs. Rituals are written within the guides, and meditations are delivered as MP3 audio files. Most devices open these automatically. If needed, you can use any free PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat) and a music app for the MP3s.

❓ How long are the files available for download?
Each month’s pack is available to download until the 20th of the following month, when the next cycle is uploaded. Please download and save your files before then — once you’ve downloaded them, they’re yours to keep forever.

❓ How long do I keep access?
Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep forever. Even if you cancel later, you’ll still have everything from the months you paid for.

❓ Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you’re in full control. Cancel your subscription at any time through your Sellfy account.

❓ Do I need special tools or items for the rituals?
No. Each ritual is designed to be flexible. If you have candles, herbs, or crystals, you’re welcome to use them — but intention is what matters most.

❓ What if I join mid-month?
You’ll receive the current month’s pack right away when you join, and then you’ll automatically receive the next one on the 20th.
